What you'll study

The RE-C100 Diploma covers the fundamental disciplines of the real estate sector, combining classroom learning with applied project work and workplace experience. Modules are designed to develop an understanding of property markets, legislative frameworks, technical principles and commercial practice.

Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to have the equivalent of a Level 3 qualification such as A levels, BTECs or a vocational award in a related subject. Typical entry includes a few GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and maths, or an equivalent functional skills qualification.

Coast Colleges welcomes mature students and applicants with relevant work experience in administration, customer service or construction; these applicants may be considered after an interview and a short written or practical task. English language proficiency is required for applicants whose first language is not English.
