Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree. Official undergraduate transcripts are required as part of the application. The application deadline is two weeks before a term start date. Start terms are offered in fall (August & October), spring (January & March) and summer (May & June).

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared to advise leadership on HR-related decisions—ranging from cost–benefit analysis of external recruiters to designing executive benefit packages—and to work with HR systems and analytics to improve retention, engagement and workforce planning. The programme materials reference a variety of HR functions but do not guarantee specific job placement or salary outcomes.
