Lander University's MBA develops broad managerial and strategic skills with options for focused expertise through two micro-credentials. It suits mid-career professionals seeking promotion, career-changers who need business grounding, and aspiring leaders who want practical specialisation in areas such as analytics, operations or digital marketing.

What you'll study

The curriculum combines advanced study in accounting, finance, economics, management and marketing with focused short programs (micro-credentials). Students select two micro-credentials from Business Analytics, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain and Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Digital Marketing, or Financial Management. Learning goals include attaining advanced business knowledge, applying ethical principles in decision-making, evaluating information with evidence-guided reasoning, choosing leadership approaches to strengthen operations, and leveraging micro-credential expertise for career readiness.

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a B.A. or B.S. from an accredited institution and submit official transcripts. Completion of a Statistics course with a grade of C or better is required. Candidates without a business degree must complete BA 600. The program welcomes all applicants and may request additional materials when necessary.

Career prospects

Graduates leave with comprehensive business knowledge and advanced leadership and problem-solving skills intended to prepare them for roles as leaders, managers, executives, entrepreneurs and innovators across industries. The program highlights readiness to address dynamic business issues such as diversity, sustainability, globalisation and ethics.
