Programme overview

The Master of Education in Montessori Education at Lander trains teachers in the Montessori philosophy and classroom practice. Lander offers both the undergraduate Montessori option (B.S. in Early Childhood Education with Montessori emphasis) and this M.Ed.; the institution is the only South Carolina higher-education provider that leads to national certification in Montessori education. The department emphasises small classes, faculty with classroom and policy experience, and preparation of teachers who are lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

What you'll study
