Assessment is conducted throughout the programme and attendance is tracked by signed registers.
Applicants must hold at least a level 6 diploma or title (Bac +3). Admission requires submission of a candidature file, passing tests and a motivation interview. The cohort size ranges from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25 participants. The title can also be accessed via VAE (validation des acquis de l'expérience) by contacting the school.
The programme targets preparation for roles such as HR Director/Manager responsible for aligning HR with business strategy and overseeing the main HR functions. Reported outcomes for the school include a 94.30% professional insertion rate in 2024 and a 100% participant response rate to employability surveys; the 2025 pass rate was 100% with a 0% abandonment rate and an 8.57% rupture rate.
The published tuition for the two-year programme is €17,000. For alternance contracts, training costs can be covered by OPCO. Financing may also be possible via Pôle Emploi or regional schemes; the school provides quotes on request and information about VAE routes.
