What you'll study

The curriculum is structured around three main competency blocs and covers practical HR domains such as recruiting, competency management, training, social and administrative management of staff and application of current social legislation (for example rules on working time). Teaching includes training on creating attractive working conditions, candidate experience aligned with employer brand, and compliance with labour regulations.

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a level 5 diploma or title (Bac+2 minimum). The title is also accessible by VAE (validation des acquis de l'expérience) — contact the school for details. Admission requires submission of a candidature file, tests and a motivation interview.

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared to work as Chargé de Missions RH or similar operational HR positions, deploying and following HR projects, collaborating with experts to solve complex problems, and handling tasks such as recruitment, training, payroll and management of employee relations.

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

The programme lasts one year (September to August; 490 hours). The listed tuition is €7,500 per year; when followed as an apprenticeship the training cost can be covered by OPCO. Evaluation is continuous with preparation for exam sessions; successful students receive an attestation of formation and/or a diploma.
