What you'll study

The programme combines rigorous training in ethnographic and qualitative methods with applied coursework on organisational life, institutional processes and workplace cultures. Entry requirements

• Academic background: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in anthropology, social sciences, humanities, business, design or a related discipline with a strong academic record.
• Application materials: academic transcripts, a statement of purpose describing research interests and fit with organisational anthropology, a current CV, and typically two academic or professional letters of recommendation.
• Work or research experience: relevant professional or field experience in organisations, research projects, internships or community work is advantageous but not always required.
• Writing sample: a short research paper, essay or report that demonstrates analytical and qualitative research skills is usually requested.
• Language and interviews: proficiency in English is required; some applicants may be invited to interview with faculty to discuss research plans and fit with the programme.
