What you'll study

The programme builds a foundation in core sociological theory and methods while allowing you to explore areas of applied sociology. You will typically take introductory courses in sociological perspectives and research methods, followed by intermediate and advanced modules such as sociological theory, social statistics, and qualitative methods.

Entry requirements

Admission to the bachelor's programme normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated record of academic achievement. Applicants should submit official transcripts; many institutions in the U.S. operate with test-optional policies, so standardised test scores may not be required but can be provided if available.
