The programme emphasises rigorous research training in public administration and related fields, combining core methodological training with substantive study in public management, organisational theory, and public policy analysis. Typical coursework covers advanced microeconomics for policy, statistics and econometrics, research design, public and nonprofit management theory, implementation and organisational behaviour, public finance and budgeting, and qualitative methods.
