What you'll study

The programme combines core MBA coursework in areas such as managerial accounting, finance for managers, marketing strategy, organisational behaviour and business strategy with specialised study in operations and management. Modules typically cover operations management, supply chain and logistics, quality and process improvement (including Lean and Six Sigma concepts), project management, data analytics for operations, and information systems for supply chain visibility.
