What you'll study

The international law strand distinguishes between private international law (relations among persons and entities across borders) and public international law (state-to-state rules). Public international law topics indicated by the programme include the law of the sea, economic law, environmental law, human rights law and humanitarian law; the description also notes the role of treaties and international organisations such as the United Nations.
