13 Programs 3 Degree levels

A two-year, full-time MSc taught in English at SBS Zurich that combines classroom study with a long professional placement. Suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking international management, cross-cultural leadership and practical business experience in a global context.

What you'll study

Year 1 focuses on core international business subjects across four 11-week terms and culminates in a master’s thesis defended before a panel. Course topics explicitly referenced include Marketing, E-Business, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, alongside modules that build leadership, digital business, innovation and data-informed decision making. The second year is dedicated to a 9–12 month professional experience (internship or full-time employment), followed by a professional report reflecting on workplace learning.

Entry requirements

No prior work experience is required to enrol; the programme is designed for recent graduates and young professionals. Applicants with at least 12 months of relevant full-time work experience may be offered the option to complete a shortened 90 ECTS pathway by skipping the formal second-year placement, provided they submit a work certificate as proof.
