Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Thunderbirds Scholars Program, applicants must:
- Graduate from an Arizona high school or equivalent
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Plan to enroll as an incoming freshman in Fall 2026
- Secure admission to ASU, UA, or NAU
- Submit two letters of recommendation:
- One academic
- One personal
- Maintain full-time enrollment throughout the program
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 for renewal
- Agree that the scholarship cannot be combined with other merit-based scholarships (needs-based federal aid is allowed)
Application Procedure

- Complete the Thunderbirds Scholars Program application
