Benefits
The AIT Scholarships are a form of academic financial aid that:
- Cover full or partial tuition fees based on merit
- Are no-bond, meaning recipients are not obligated to work for AIT or any sponsor after graduation
- Are decided by the school’s Selection Committee, based on academic excellence and English proficiency
Note: Scholarship recipients are still responsible for:
- AIT registration fees: 20,000 Baht per semester
- Living expenses: Approximately 11,500–15,000 Baht/month

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the AIT Scholarships 2025–2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s Applicants:
- Hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Achieve an English proficiency score: IELTS Academic or AIT EET of 5.0 or above
- PhD Applicants:
- Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university
- Cumulative GPA of 3.50 in Master’s and 2.75 in Bachelor’s from a top-ranked institution
- Achieve an IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.5 or higher
