The Nishimura Foundation International Scholarship 2027 is now open for Indonesian citizens who are alumni of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and wish to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree in Japan.
Successful scholars will receive a monthly stipend of JPY 130,000, with support available for up to two years for Master’s students and three years for PhD students. A one-time JPY 150,000 arrival allowance may also be provided for airfare and initial settlement expenses.
Applicants must plan to begin their studies in April 2027 at an eligible Japanese university and meet the Foundation’s academic and supervisor requirements. The application deadline is December 5, 2026.
