For all programs: Applicants must be nationals of Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Low-Income Countries (LICs) listed on the OECD-DAC list of ODA recipients.
Additional eligibility (for Master of Water Resources Engineering and Master of Food Technology only): Nationals from VLIRUOS-listed countries (e.g., Bolivia, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, Philippines, South Africa, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, etc.).
Academic Requirements: Students must fulfill KU Leuven’s strict admission requirements for their chosen program.
Degree Condition: Candidates must have obtained their first degree in the eligible country of nationality.
