Applicants must submit official transcripts showing a completed bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA is 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or a 3.0 GPA or higher for the final 60 hours of undergraduate coursework. The GPA requirement is waived for applicants who already hold a graduate degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Tuition is charged at $575 per credit hour. Included fees are student services and course resource and testing fees; other typical expenses listed are a $100 enrollment fee, books and supplies (approximately $100–$300 per course), a $50 technology fee per subterm, and transcript fees that vary by institution.
