What you'll study

Entry requirements

Admission into the BFA in Dance requires an audition. Conservatory minors and some program options may also require approval or audition by the Division/Department Chair.

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared for a variety of contemporary dance careers including concert performance with modern and jazz companies, commercial work (Broadway, touring, cruise lines, video/film), and studio teaching. Training also supports careers in arts promotion, marketing and teaching, and provides a foundation for advanced study in arts-informed health and wellness professions such as physical therapy, exercise sciences, massage and fitness training.
