What you'll study

The academic pathway is the BAS in Management and Supervision with a choice of emphasis in Health Care Management, Human Resources Management, or Supervision. Course delivery includes both online and face-to-face sections; the program's suggested academic plan identifies which courses are available online each semester. Completion follows the BAS curriculum requirements at Northwest Florida State College.

Entry requirements

To be eligible you must have graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with an Associate in Applied Science and be admitted into the BAS: Management and Supervision program at Northwest Florida State College. Applicants begin by submitting NWFSC's general application and selecting one of the three emphases.

Career prospects

The curriculum is aimed at enlisted personnel transitioning toward civilian supervisory and management responsibilities. By pairing CCAF credit with baccalaureate coursework in management and supervision, the program supports advancement into roles that require managerial knowledge and applied leadership skills.
