Entry requirements

Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree. Some courses in the HR specialization have prerequisites.

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared for managerial and leadership roles in private companies, government agencies, non-profits, and colleges. The curriculum also prepares students to sit for national HR credentials such as the HRCI PHR/SPHR and the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
