• A window to submit claims against admission decisions to the EIDUM Secretariat until 21 September 2026, with resolution of those claims on 23 September 2026.
• Matriculation via the self‑enrolment portal from 23 to 30 September 2026; originals of documentation must then be presented to the EIDUM Secretariat as indicated on the matriculation receipt.
• In programmes where places remain after the ordinary round, applications may continue to be accepted up to 26 February 2027.
• Some doctoral programmes require an endorsement (aval) from a researcher who would act as a potential thesis supervisor for admission.
• Guidance is available for applicants holding qualifications from outside the European Higher Education Area, including a deadline to request verification of equivalence for non‑EEES foreign qualifications.
