What you'll study

The BAS is available in Business Administration and Emergency Medical Systems Administration (EMSA). The Business Administration option combines several credit sources: 45 credits of General Education, 60 credits of Business coursework, and up to 60 technical/professional credits transferred from an associate degree. EOU also notes that additional AAS credits may transfer toward graduation requirements.

Entry requirements

Admission is intended for students who have completed an Associate of Applied Science degree or an equivalent technical/professional associate credential. The program accepts transfer credits from community colleges, aligns with Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA) and Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, and awards credit for professional experience.

Career prospects

Graduates are targeted for supervisory and management roles within their existing technical or professional fields, offering a route to advance career responsibilities by combining technical expertise with business and administrative coursework.

EOU highlights lower undergraduate tuition and fees relative to other regional institutions, availability of financial aid, and a Transfer Scholarship. The College of Business holds specialized accreditation through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
