Suited to mid- to senior-level professionals (directors, executive directors, C-suite) seeking practical tools for organizational change, revenue growth and global entrepreneurial engagement.
The EMBA develops executive-level competencies in strategic leadership, influence-based leadership, organizational change, global entrepreneurship, network development, and strategic revenue growth through innovation and AI. Students complete experiential activities such as a Bespoke case study and a revenue-growth strategy, and select between experiential courses in executive followership or in building change capacity.
Applicants must hold a baccalaureate or graduate degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education and CHEA, with official transcripts sent directly to IWU. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5 is normally required (students with lower GPAs may be admitted on probation under DeVoe School guidelines). Candidates must submit a resume documenting at least five years of executive leadership experience in roles such as director, executive director or C-suite; qualifying experience may come from business, non-profit, civic, educational, medical, religious or government organizations.
