Core study areas include Bible, theology and church history with attention to interpretation, hermeneutics, and practical integration of biblical, theological and historical knowledge into ministry contexts. Entry requirements

Admission requires an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher and specific preparatory coursework: 6 semester hours of Old and New Testament survey (total 6 hours in Bible), 3 hours in Theology. Additional prerequisites apply by specialization: 6 hours of undergraduate Greek for the Greek Bible track; 6 hours of undergraduate Hebrew for the Hebrew Bible track; 3 hours of undergraduate Philosophy for the Christian Thought track. Applicants who lack advanced-standing prerequisites may be admitted but will be required to complete preparatory online courses before entering master’s-level classes.
