RWTH Aachen University is pleased to provide a scholarship that assists Master's Studies at TGGS, with the second year of the program dedicated to a research stay at RWTH Aachen University. The funding for this scholarship is made possible through the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German Federal Foreign Office. TGGS was established as a collaborative initiative involving DAAD, RWTH Aachen, and King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB).
The DAAD-TGGS (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst - Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering) is a collaborative initiative that offers opportunities for advanced engineering studies and research. Established as a joint project between the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), RWTH Aachen University in Germany, and King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) in Thailand, this program provides a unique educational experience. The scholarships are granted for the first academic year beginning in August each year. An extension to the second year will be granted according to the student’s performance during the first year.
The scholarship covers the full tuition fees (partly funded by KMUTNB) and includes a monthly rate towards the student’s costs of living.
