Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill one of the following:
- Hold a PhD or equivalent experience (for academic applicants)
- Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in a relevant field (for non-academic applicants)
The proposed project must align with at least one of the institute’s three Research Themes and be compatible with one or more Research Groups. Pre-application contact with relevant researchers is highly encouraged to ensure synergy.

- Motivation Letter (max 2 pages) – Include goals, expectations, selected research themes and groups
- CV and Key Achievements (max 3 pages) – Exclude personal details like age, marital status, photo, etc.

- Methodology and goals
