Application Process
The application process consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia
Prepare the required documents according to the scholarship guidelines.
Submit the complete application via email to: studyabroad@mes.gov.ge
Ensure submission before 26 February at 17:00.
Stage 2: Nomination and Online Application
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia will nominate selected applicants to the Czech side by 13 March.
Nominated candidates must then apply through the electronic application system of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic between 15–31 March.
Final selection is made by the Czech authorities.
