The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program 2027 at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Japan is now accepting applications from eligible students from ADB borrowing member countries.
The fully funded scholarship covers full admission fees, full tuition, a monthly allowance of JPY 144,000 including housing, books and instructional materials, medical insurance, and economy-class airfare between the scholar’s home country and Japan.
The scholarship supports Master’s-level study at APU. Applicants generally need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of full-time professional work experience, strong English proficiency, and must meet the ADB-JSP nationality and other eligibility requirements.
For the September 2027 intake, the relevant APU application deadlines are November 5, 2026, and January 8, 2027, depending on the application round.
