Applications are now open for the Young Leaders Program 2026 in Vietnam, offering young professionals and emerging leaders the opportunity to attend the 18th South China Sea International Conference 2026 in Hanoi.

The fully funded program will take place from 6 to 8 October 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam. Young leaders from around the world are invited to apply and participate in discussions on regional cooperation, geopolitics, maritime affairs, and policy solutions related to the South China Sea.
