What you'll study

The programme combines advanced coursework, laboratory rotations, a qualifying examination and an independent research dissertation. Core topics cover cellular and molecular neurobiology, synaptic physiology, neural development, neurodegenerative disease mechanisms, systems and behavioural neuroscience, and contemporary methods in neuroimaging and electrophysiology.
