What you'll study

The programme combines core accounting theory with applied skills in auditing, taxation, financial reporting and accounting information systems. Typical modules include advanced financial accounting and reporting, auditing and assurance services, federal taxation, managerial and cost accounting, accounting ethics and professional responsibility, and accounting data analytics. Students also study related business subjects such as corporate finance, business law, and strategic decision-making to build commercial context.

Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to hold a recognised bachelor’s degree. Candidates with an accounting undergraduate degree are preferred, but applicants from other business disciplines or related quantitative backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate preparation in core areas (financial accounting, managerial accounting, and introductory finance). Admissions typically require:
