What you'll study

The curriculum combines studio design, technical and theoretical modules and research. The Independent Design Thesis and the two‑part Diploma Project are the programme’s capstone components and expect synthesis across function, context, construction, bioclimatic performance and aesthetics. The published module list includes core design studios, communication and digital tools, architectural technology, structures in architecture, bioclimatic architecture, history and theory of architecture, urbanism, integrated studios and research modules.

• Design studios: Architectural Design I–VI, Integrated Studio I–II, Diploma Project I–II
• Technical and construction: Architectural Technology I–III, Contemporary Architectural Technology, Structures in Architecture I–IV, Restorations I–II, Acoustics and Lighting
• Theory, history and context: Introduction to Theory of Architecture, History of Architecture I–II, Art and Space, Landscape Architecture, Urbanism I–III
• Digital, research and professional skills: Architectural Communication Skills I–IV, Digital Tools I–V, Introduction to Architectural Research, Research Project, Professional Practice, Design Methodology
• Specialist topics and electives: Bioclimatic Architecture I–II, Restorations, Furniture and Product Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture and Tourism, Cultural Landscapes and other architectural electives (students complete 9 ECTS of electives)
• Total requirements: 281 ECTS from listed required modules plus electives and final projects to reach 300 ECTS.

Entry requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a six‑year high school diploma. Selection requires submission of the high school diploma and transcript, a portfolio, and successful completion of an interview and a written examination covering basic physics and geometry, written expression, sketching and drawing. The programme notes no specific Recognition of Prior Learning arrangements beyond the university’s general credit transfer rules.

Career prospects

Graduates obtain a professional architecture qualification and may pursue registration/licensing rights per the local institutional framework. Typical employment paths listed include private architectural, engineering or consulting firms; governmental services such as town planning, public works and environment departments; public authorities and bodies; local government (municipalities and communities); secondary or higher education; or working as freelance architects.
