Entry requirements

Applicants must submit a completed application, official college transcripts, and a cover letter describing interest and professional goals. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum GPA of 2.75 are required; applicants with GPA below 2.75 may be considered for conditional admission based on experience and the cover letter. Documents are submitted to the program email.

Career prospects

The curriculum is oriented to prepare students for supervisory and mid-level leadership roles by developing skills in authentic leadership, organizational change, team supervision, coaching, negotiation, ethical decision-making and applied research. Graduates can expect to apply these competencies in HR, operations, project supervision, team leadership and other managerial roles where supervision and change management are central.

Scholarships & funding angle

Published program cost is $13,000 tuition with a $500 student fee covering assessments; Young Harris alumni and parents are eligible for a discount. Prospective students are advised to contact the graduate program office for details on discounts, payment plans or additional funding options.
