To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
- be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder or New Zealand Citizen
- be a domestic undergraduate student
- Demonstrate financial disadvantage by either
- receiving a means-tested Commonwealth income support payment
- a comprehensive assessment by the university
