- Demonstrate strong English language skills through one of the following:
- An IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.
- A TOEFL paper-based test (PBT) score of 550 or higher.
- A previous degree where English was the primary language of instruction.

Online Application:
Submit your application electronically through the official MIS scholarship portal.
Required Documents:
Prepare and upload scanned copies (in PDF format) of the following documents:
- Passport: A certified copy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months) as proof of citizenship.
- Academic Transcripts: Certified copies of your academic transcripts for:Undergraduate studies (and Master's degree transcripts if applying for a PhD)
- All coursework from previous programs
- Grading System Explanation: If your transcripts don't include information on CGPA, marks, or percentile scores, provide a certified document from your university explaining their grading system.
- English Proficiency: Proof of English language proficiency through:Certified IELTS or TOEFL test results
- Official letter from your previous institution confirming English as the primary language of instruction for your degree(s)
- Letters of Recommendation: Two (2) letters of recommendation from referees.
- University Admission Letter: (Optional) Provide an admission letter from a Malaysian university if you're currently enrolled in postgraduate studies or have already secured admission.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): A document summarizing your education and work experience.
- Research Proposal (Optional): Required only for applicants pursuing Master's by Research or PhD programs.
