MPower Global Citizen Scholarship 2024 in USA and Canada
MPOWER Financing is excited to announce the MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship 2024, an exceptional opportunity for international and DACA students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United States or Canada. This annual scholarship aims to alleviate the financial burden for students and cultivate a community of global citizens committed to positive change. The scholarship offers a grand prize of $10,000 and two honorable mentions of $2,000 each. Eligible students must be accepted or enrolled in a full-time degree program at a U.S. or Canadian school supported by MPOWER and meet specific legal study status requirements. Applications can be submitted through the MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship application portal (linked down below) by 11:59 p.m. EST on July 31, 2024.

Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities except USA and Canada.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MPOWER scholarship program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Enrollment: Be currently accepted or enrolled in a full-time degree program at a U.S. or Canadian school supported by MPOWER. You can find a list of supported schools on their website https://www.mpowerfinancing.com/get-a-loan.
- Immigration Status: Hold valid legal status to pursue your studies in the United States or Canada, depending on your chosen location:
For U.S. Studies:
- Possess a valid visa that permits studying in the U.S.
- Be protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
- Be a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder).
For Canadian Studies:
- Be a Canadian permanent resident.
- Hold a valid Canadian study permit.
