Applicants are not eligible if:
- They are currently enrolled at Waikato or in limited-entry programs (e.g., Master of Nursing Practice).
- They have paid tuition fees or applied for a visa at the time of application.
- They are studying through sponsorship, credit transfer, or exchange agreements.
