The IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship supports visionary founders and co-founders of social enterprises who are creating measurable impact in their regions. Through this initiative, IKEA aims to foster inclusive growth, give voice to the unheard, and support those tackling systemic challenges.

One Young World Germany IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Summit level programs at Germany Universities.

- Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany
- Return economy airfare from your home country to Munich
- Hotel accommodation in a private room (2 – 7 November 2025)

- Dinner on 3 November
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on 4–6 November
- Breakfast only on 7 November
- Schengen visa support documents (if required)

Eligible Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be aged between 18 and 30 years old*
- Be the founder or co-founder of a social business or enterprise
- Be based in Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, or Sweden
- Be able to communicate fluently in English
- Be actively working in one or more of the following sectors:
- Inclusive circularity
- Inclusive employment
- Inclusive agriculture and food
- Demonstrate:
- A commitment to positive social impact
- Proven leadership ability
- Awareness and action on local or global issues
Note: Applicants older than 30 may still be considered if they demonstrate exceptional impact and engagement. Applications from individuals under 18 at the time of the summit will not be accept
