  • BSc in Artificial Intelligence
  • BSc in Computer Science
  • BSc in Interactive Technology Engineering

Note: Applicants eligible for the Danish State Grant cannot receive this scholarship.

Benefits

The Danish Government Scholarship is granted as a full tuition fee waiver, covering:

  • Master Programmes: 2 years of tuition fees
  • Bachelor Programmes: 3 years of tuition fees
  • Credit Coverage: Fee waiver covers up to 30 ECTS per semester. Students must pass at least 20 ECTS per semester to maintain the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the scholarship:

Bachelor Level:

  • Must be a non-EU/EEA citizen applying for one of the bachelor programmes in Vejle.
  • Submit an application for admission by March 15.
  • Achieve the highest scores in the online admission test (uniTEST).
  • Participate in an online interview in early June.
  • Priority is given to students from the USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Canada, India, Brazil, Malaysia, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Ukraine, and Moldova.

Master Level:

  • Must be a non-EU/EEA citizen applying for one of the master programmes in Sønderborg.
  • Submit an application for admission by February 1.
  • Include all necessary documents:
  1. Application deposit fee receipt
  2. Official bachelor’s transcripts and diploma with grades and ECTS/units
  3. Verified course descriptions
  4. Self-assessment form (for Electronics and Mechatronics programmes)
  5. Proof of English language proficiency

  • Participate in an online interview between February 19 and 27.
  • Priority is given to students from the same list of countries as bachelor programmes.

Selection Process

1. Bachelor Programmes:

  • Applicants are evaluated based on uniTEST scores and performance in the online interview.
  • The interview includes a few mathematical questions and a short discussion about motivation for studying at SDU.

2. Master Programmes:

  • Selection is based on bachelor’s GPA and performance in the online technical interview.
  • The interview consists of technical questions related to entry requirements.
  • Students applying for multiple programmes will only be considered for their highest priority programme.

  • Upload all required documentation to your online application portal.
  • Prepare for the online interview once invited by email.
