SEARCA MS and PhD Scholarships 2026 (Fully Funded)
The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) has officially announced the opening of applications for its Full Master’s and PhD Scholarships for Academic Year 2026–2027. The announcement was made during a virtual info-session hosted by SEARCA’s Education and Collective Learning Department (ECLD) on 21 July 2025. The SEARCA headquarters is located in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines, but the scholarship is awarded for study at SEARCA partner universities across Southeast Asia.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the SEARCA MS/PhD Scholarship 2026–2027, applicants must:
Be a citizen of a SEAMEO member country.
Have completed a Bachelor’s degree (for MS applicants) or a Master’s degree (for PhD applicants) in fields relevant to agriculture, environment, or rural development.
Meet the admission requirements of the chosen SEARCA partner university.
Propose a research topic aligned with SEARCA’s priority thrusts.
Demonstrate good academic performance, research potential, and leadership qualities.

Application Timeline and Process
The application period for AY 2026–2027 runs from 1 August to 30 September 2025.
Applicants must submit their applications through ISCHO, SEARCA’s online scholarship portal. The platform guides candidates in completing the application form, uploading required documents, and avoiding submission errors.
