Eligibility Criteria
- Program: You must be applying for a PhD or Professional Doctorate program offered by Swansea University. A complete list of eligible programs can be found on their website.
- Academic Qualifications: You need to have a strong academic background. This means achieving (or expecting to achieve) a 1st class or 2:1 honours degree from a UK university (or an equivalent qualification from an international institution). A Distinction in a UK Master's degree (or international equivalent) is also considered.
- Student Status: This scholarship is only available to international students who are required to pay the international tuition fees at Swansea University.
- Course Excellence: Meeting the minimum requirements isn't enough. You'll need to demonstrate exceptional qualities beyond your academic record in your application for the chosen program.
- Previous Enrollment: Current PhD/Professional Doctorate students (including those returning or transferring) are not eligible.
- Master's Programs: This scholarship is not offered for Master's level courses.
