Selected fellows will receive:
Stipend: Up to AED 20,000/month (approx. USD 5,400)
Duration: 2 years, full-time
Benefits: Health insurance, airfare, residency fees, annual leave, end-of-service indemnity
Housing: Free housing may be provided for single fellows (subject to availability)
Professional Development: Career workshops, grant-writing training, leadership development
Mentorship: One-on-one supervision from AUS faculty
Teaching: Option to teach up to one course per academic year

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold a PhD or terminal degree awarded within the last three years
Demonstrate strong research excellence with publications or creative achievements
Propose work that aligns with AUS’s strategic research priorities
Applicants with a PhD from AUS are not eligible
Must secure an AUS faculty supervisor before applying
