If a reserved scholarship is declined, it will first be offered to the next highest-ranking applicant from the same country.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Master Mind Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Not combine the scholarship with:

Each Flemish institution can submit a maximum of 20 scholarship applications.

The Master Mind Scholarship application is institution-based. Students cannot apply directly to the Flemish Government.

Step 2: Request Scholarship Nomination

Indicate your interest in the Master Mind Scholarship during or after your program application, following the host institution’s instructions.
