Entry requirements

The program description specifies a $0 application fee and no essays or exams required for application. NU may accept up to 12 semester credit hours in transfer from accredited doctoral coursework completed with a grade of B or better; students who completed NU's EdS may be eligible to apply up to 30 credits toward the doctoral programs subject to School Dean approval. The program may require additional credit hours beyond the 60-credit minimum if needed to complete dissertation research in accordance with Satisfactory Academic Progress and Academic Maximum Time Frame policies.
