What you'll study

Coursework emphasises practical technique across multiple genres and movement science. Students study ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, and tap and also take kinesiology courses aimed at care and prevention of exercise injuries. Performance opportunities include Fall and Spring Mainstage Dance Concerts, a Student Showcase, Christmas First Night, the President’s Gala, student-choreographed senior projects, and participation in two musicals. A Dance minor is available for students majoring elsewhere.

Entry requirements

No prior degree is required. Applicants must submit official high school or GED transcripts as part of the application; transfer students must provide official transcripts from previous institutions.
