What you'll study

The curriculum covers a common core across four semesters totaling 40 credits, with an optional 9-credit specialisation element. Core courses include accounting, corporate communication, analytical techniques, leadership and management skills, economic analysis, MIS and decision-making techniques, business law and ethics, marketing strategy and policy, corporate financial strategy, corporate entrepreneurship, logistics and operations management, strategic human resource management and global business strategy.

• Semester 2 (10 credits): E6305 Economic Analysis for Managers; E6306 MIS & Decision Making Techniques; E6307 Business Law & Ethics; E6308 Marketing Strategy & Policy.
• Semester 3 (12 credits): E6309 Corporate Financial Strategy; E6310 Corporate Entrepreneurship; E6311 Logistics & Operations Management; E6312 Strategic Human Resource Management.
• Semester 4 (6 credits): E6313 Global Business Strategy; E6314 Global Business Strategy.
• Optional specialisations (9 credits) are available in areas such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Analytics, Business Economics, General Management, Agri-business, Tourism & Hospitality Management, and others.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have completed a minimum three-year bachelor’s degree and possess at least three years of corporate or professional experience. There is no admission exam; transfer of credits from an MBA into the EMBA is permitted for related courses. Applicants follow AIUB’s online admission steps and submit required documents through the admission portal.
