What you'll study

The degree requires a total of 128 credit hours (typical totals may vary by track), comprised of 56 university hours, 52 major hours, and 20 elective hours. Available B.S. tracks include a General Journalism track and a Journalism/Multimedia track with teacher certification. Students may build a four-course Support Field aligned to career goals; adding one additional course can convert that field into a minor. Recommended Support Fields include Political Science, English, and Business.
