The programme is delivered in a seven-week flexible path format intended for accelerated completion.

Entry requirements

No prior degree is required to apply. Transcript requirements depend on transfer credit:

• More than 24 transfer credit hours: submit official transcripts from 2- and 4-year institutions.
• Less than 24 transfer credit hours: submit official transcripts from 2- and 4-year institutions plus official high school or GED transcripts.

The application deadline is two weeks prior to the term start date.

Graduates commonly pursue roles such as case manager at behavioral health centers, human service professional in mental health facilities, victim advocate, probation officer, or addictions counselor. The degree also supports entry into graduate programmes such as a Master of Education in Counseling, Master of Social Work, or Master of Human Services.
