An online, part-time MBA in Management designed for working professionals seeking strategic business and leadership skills. The program emphasizes core business foundations, a chosen specialization, and a practical capstone with a real company, and is delivered with flexible online formats to fit professional schedules.

What you'll study

The curriculum begins with business foundation courses that build skills in financial fluency, data-driven decision-making, leadership principles and other core competencies. After the foundations, students choose a specialization and take four electives tailored to that track. The degree culminates in a hands-on capstone project completed with a real-world company of the student's choice.

  • Core topics: finance fundamentals, data-driven decision making, leadership and management principles
  • Structure: foundation courses → four specialization electives → applied capstone
  • Example specialization: Business Analytics — focuses on data collection, design, analysis, implementation of data solutions and hands-on projects that cover the full data analysis process
  • Course spotlight (example): DSC 607 Data Mining — an overview of statistical modeling including multivariate analysis and approaches for explaining continuous and discrete outcomes
