What you'll study

The curriculum focuses on health and wellness for people, communities and populations. Students engage in evidence-based nursing practice, population health topics, and quality and safety initiatives. Clinical experiences begin in the first year and continue in a range of acute care, specialty and community environments. Instruction is reinforced through two simulation facilities: a high-fidelity simulation lab and a practice skills lab, use of realistic mannequins and virtual reality tools for patient- and family-interaction practice.

Entry requirements
